Hyundai 95430-3K202 keyless entry remote: which Sonata and Elantra does it fit?
Last updated
95430-3K202 is Hyundai's OEM keyless entry remote for the 2008 to 2010 Sonata and the 2009 Elantra: a remote on its own, used with a separate metal ignition key. Its FCC ID is OSLOKA-310T and it transmits on 313.85 MHz.
Every 2008 and 2010 Sonata and every 2009 Elantra VIN Partexia checked takes it, and no other remote: 65 of 65. So do 40 of 41 2009 Sonatas, but only half the 2010 Elantras.

| Vehicle | VINs checked | Took this key |

| 2010 Hyundai Elantra | 6 | 3 of 6 |

A VIN counts as taking 95430-3K202 when the OEM parts fitment check for that VIN gave this remote and no other. The VINs are the ones Partexia checked between July and October 2026.
The one 2009 Sonata that did not take it got no remote at all from the check. Three of the six 2010 Elantras took a different remote.
The 2007 and 2008 Elantras are left out of the table: for most of their VINs the check accepted this remote and an older part number side by side, so the table could not say which one the car was built with.
A separate remote, not a key
95430-3K202 locks, unlocks, opens the trunk and sounds the panic alarm. It has no blade and does not start the car. Hyundai's 2008 Sonata and 2008 Elantra owner's manuals, the editions of the same generation on Hyundai's own server, describe a separate transmitter with the panic button on the back, used beside the ignition key.
So a lost-key job on these cars can need two parts: the remote, and a new ignition key cut to the car. Hyundai's 2008 Elantra manual says the key code number on the tag that came with the keys lets a dealer duplicate them.
Partexia shows both for the VIN: the OEM remote and the key.
How to tell if a car takes 95430-3K202
Start with the car and the old remote, then confirm with the VIN.
- Check the model and year. A 2008 to 2010 Sonata, or a 2009 Elantra. On a 2010 Elantra, half the VINs Partexia checked took a different remote.
- Count the buttons. Four: lock, unlock and trunk on the front, panic on the back, as in the FCC filing's photos.
- Read the FCC ID on the old remote. It should be OSLOKA-310T. A different FCC ID means a different remote.
On a 2010 Elantra the VIN is the only sure check. Partexia reads it in seconds.
Before you order 95430-3K202
- Check the frequency. The FCC grant for OSLOKA-310T is on 313.85 MHz, while the newer Hyundai remotes on these pages are on 433.92 MHz. Match the FCC ID, not only the look of the remote.
- Plan the programming. A replacement remote is programmed to the car. Hyundai's 2008 Elantra manual says: "For replacement transmitters, see an authorized Hyundai dealer for reprogramming."
Partexia gives you the part number and FCC ID for the VIN. Programming is a separate step, with your tool or at the dealer.
